Siakoy Recipe
Ingredients :* 1/2 cup lukewarm water* 1 tablespoon yeast* 1/2 teaspoon salt* 1 teaspoon sugar* 1/2 cup lukewarm water* 1 tablespoon oil* 1 pc egg slightly beaten* 1 teaspoon dough softener* 3/4 cup sugar* 3 cups all purpose flour* oil for fryingProcedures :1. Dissolved yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water added 1/2 tsp salt and set aside 5-10 mins.2. Mix 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 pc slightly beaten egg, 1 tsp dough softener.3. Add 3 cups sifted all purpose flour , knead until soft and elastic, Let it rise for 1 hr.4. Punch cut into tiny portion to form pinisi5. let rise for 30 mins.6. Deep fry until golden brown, dredge to refine sugar.
