Siakoy Recipe



Ingredients :

* 1/2 cup lukewarm water
* 1 tablespoon yeast
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1/2 cup lukewarm water
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 pc egg slightly beaten
* 1 teaspoon dough softener
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 3 cups all purpose flour
* oil for frying

Procedures :

1. Dissolved yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water added 1/2 tsp salt and set aside 5-10 mins.
2. Mix 1/2 cup lukewarm water, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 pc slightly beaten egg, 1 tsp dough softener.
3. Add 3 cups sifted all purpose flour , knead until soft and elastic, Let it rise for 1 hr.
4. Punch cut into tiny portion to form pinisi
5. let rise for 30 mins.
6. Deep fry until golden brown, dredge to refine sugar.
